The Old Colwyn memorial stands at the roadside outside St Catherine's Church, Abergele Road, Old Colwyn, Clwyd. The memorial takes the form of a cross set upon a low brick concave wall with a dedicatory inscription on a metal plaque at the base flanked by two name plaques with additional inscriptions along the top of the wall and on flower holders to the left and right of the metal plaques; the whole is secured by stone bollards placed in front of it. The memorial was unveiled 11 November 1923. There are 66 names listed for World War 1 and 23 for World War 2.
