Parcels Porter at Midland Railway. Passenger Dept. Admitted to National Union of Railwaymen in 1915 as a Parcel Porter, Railway Workers, Lincoln Branch, aged 21. In the 1911 census he was aged 16, born Lincoln, a Railway Porter, resident with his widowed mother, Annie Holloway, at 12 Ab Monson Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. See also Lincoln Memorial. |
