There are several memorials for King's Worthy. This memorial stands in St Mary's Churchyard and is a tribute to Lieutenant Bryce Stewart killed in World War 1 to which has been appended the names of the men from the village who died. Further memorials exist inside the church for World War 1 and 2. The memorial is a Celtic cross is made of stone, on tapered plinth standing on a stone base with Celtic knotwork design on the face and shaft of the cross. Insciptions appear on two sides of the plinth. In all five men are commemorated by surname, forename, rank and Regiment. See Paul Goodwin's UK Memorial web site for more photographs.

STEWART	Bryce	Leiutenant, 2nd Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders. Killed in action at Sann-I-Yat, Mesopotamia udring the Relief of Kut, 22nd April 1916. Aged 22. Son of Col. and Mrs. Bryce Stewart, of Hinton House, King's Worthy, Winchester. Gazetted to 2nd Bn. Sept., 1913. Wounded at Ypres April, 1915. No known grave. Commemorated on BASRA MEMORIAL, Iraq. Panel 37 and 64.
BERRY	Frederick	Sergeant 6787, 1st Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps. Died 11th February 1916. Buried in GUARDS CEMETERY, WINDY CORNER, CUINCHY, Pas de Calais, France. Plot I. Row J. Grave 8.
MAY	Frederick	Private, Hampshire Regiment probably Frederick MAY, Private 10298, 10th Battalion, Hampshire Regiment. Died 10th August 1915. Aged 22. Son of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. May, of Old Down, Longwood, Winchester. No known grave. Commemorated on HELLES MEMORIAL, Turkey. Panel 125-134 or 223-226 228-229 & 328.
MULLINS	Frank	Private 9336, 2nd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment. Died 6th August 1915. Aged 20. Son of Lloyd and Emily Mullins, of Wemley, King's Worthy, Winchester. No known grave. Commemorated on HELLES MEMORIAL, Turkey. Panel 125-134 or 223-226 228-229 & 328.
CUTLER	Harry aka Henry George	Private 81204, 1st Battalion, Canadian Machine Gun Corps. Died 5th November 1917. Aged 22. Born 25th January 1893 in King's Worthy. Son of Edwin and Mary Cutler, of 97, Ontario Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario. Labourer by trade. Unmarried. Enlisted and passed fit at Winnipeg, 15th December 1914, aged 21 years 11 months, heoight 5 feet 10 inches, girth 35½ inches, complexion dark, eyes brown, hair black; religious denomination Church of England. Buried in NINE ELMS BRITISH CEMETERY, Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot VII. Row D. Grave 22. National Archives of Canada Accession Reference: RG 150, Accession 1992-93/166, Box 2249 - 59
