The memorial is located in the grounds of St. Lawrence's Churchyard Extension, Church Lane off Vicarage Road, Napton on the Hill. It takes the form of an obelisk memorial standing in the lower Churchyard extension. The memorial has a single-stepped base surmounted by a square, two-stage, pink granite plinth, the lower half chamfered on its top edges, the upper half is tapered with chamfered top edges; rising from the plinth is a square sectioned, tapering, grey granite obelisk. The inscriptions are to be found on the upper plinth, infilled with black paint. There are 29 names for World War 1.

The Roll of Honour is a painted and decorated wooden panel on the wall of St. Lawrence's Church, Church Road, off Vicarage Road, Napton on the Hill. It contains 29 names for World War 1 and 8 for World War 2.
